Osteopathy is a regulated allied health profession that takes a whole-body approach to health. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, osteopaths assess how your joints, muscles, nerves, posture, and daily habits all interact.
Treatment is hands-on and may include soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and targeted exercises, combined with education to help you understand and manage your condition.
